Short-term rehabilitation is carried out by specialists in Baker-Katz Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The team is commonly composed of Physicians, Nurses, Therapists, Dietitians, and Activity Coordinators who have gained the best of credentials and expertise through experience to ensure your fastest recovery. We will work with your existing healthcare team if you are on post-hospitalization status.
