Baker-Katz Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 55-bed, skilled nursing facility that provides an intimate and supportive environment for those individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness or require short-term concentrated rehabilitation, long-term care, hospice care or respite care. We are small enough to successfully meet the unique needs of each resident.
